Our history
After his successful football career, Søren Lerby (Ajax, Bayern München, AS Monaco and PSV) decided in 1995 to focus on guiding talented footballers. Essel Sports Management now has more than 25 years of experience with international transfers. From young talented players to very experienced internationals, from small to large clubs worldwide. We worked with players such as Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart from an early age. But also with coaches such as Marco van Basten and John van 't Schip.
